What would have been in Brady Group’s mind when they decided to omit 2 levels of car space on the 72 level “Vision” apartment building in Elizabeth Street? Certainly not “oops we forgot”! This is a deliberate attempt to alter the plan of subdivision submitted to council hoping no retrospective action will be taken. What will Council do? Let’s hope that no councillor has a conflict of interest when discussing what punitive action might be taken.
